Very bad experience with this dealership. It took 2.5 days give or take a few hours to replace a damaged rear never flat tire. Checking for status next day none given until day 2. I was told there were no work bay racks available for my GLC300 and that was reason my vehicle hadn't been assigned a service rep until third day. I was told by the service rep Carlos the tire needed to be ordered and the replacement would be covered by the dealership due to the inconvenience. Needless to say I was lied too. Very Disappointed. I asked Carlos how much is the cost before leaving for dealership to pickup my vehicle. I was told nothing no cost everything was taking care of. When I arrived I was charged $287 dollars. He made me think the dealership was going to take care if for the inconvenience. It shouldn't to almost 3 days to replace a tire period. More

Took 3 weeks to diagnose and repair a broken ac. Also forgot to do the oil change. Total amount came in way over budget covered by the warranty and had to pay huge out of pocket expenses. However, this was a complex job due to the hybrid system, so it should be expected to take a bit longer than expected. Was also impossible to get in touch with the service department to get updates or ask questions. More
