Came in for a service and was immediately given assistance The reason for my service visit was my car was shaking on bumps and uneven surfaces. Also my airbag was recalled by manufacturer, and my engine mounts The reason for my service visit was my car was shaking on bumps and uneven surfaces. They didn’t want me to wait to get shuttled to work so the service manager Vinny took it upon himself to bring me himself. I also received a complementary shuttle from work back to the service center. Mercedes added my yearly inspection into my service visit with no problem.
