Ask for Hank Hank was the sales representative assigned to me when I walked in the door. Besides being genuinely nice (as opposed to many who pretend to be nice t Hank was the sales representative assigned to me when I walked in the door. Besides being genuinely nice (as opposed to many who pretend to be nice to earn your business), he worked hard to get me the best price around. Then he kept in touch with me while my car was on special order, continually keeping me updated. When I picked up my car he took me through the service area which was amazingly beautiful. Since picking up my car months ago, Hank has been in touch and has made sure that I have been satisfied and have had no problems with the car. The dealership has been very good and Hank has been a pleasure to work with. I will definitely go to this dealership and see Hank for my next car. More

My salesperson, Hank Woloz, wasn't just concerned about selling me an auto, but rather, is it the auto that I really wanted. I purchased a E450 convertible and I am very pleased with the entire process. Hank even met me at the service center for the delivery of the car in order to make sure the vehicle was everything I wanted. I have had the vehicle for for six months and Hank checks in regularly to make sure all is OK. I have purchased many vehicles in my time. Most were "high end" vehicles. I have never had the follow-up care that I have received from Mercedes of RVC, and especially from Hank Woloz. Thank you all. More

Good day I e-mailed Hank after not talking to him for many year and he got right back to me right away on the status of the car I was looking for. We setup a t I e-mailed Hank after not talking to him for many year and he got right back to me right away on the status of the car I was looking for. We setup a test drive and after some quick negotiations I was the proud owner of my new G-Wagon. Hank. Was great! The service did not stop there. I always hate picking up a new car with all the after selling and paper work. This was quick and easy and they brought my old car in doors because it was raining and make it easy to transfer all my junk to the new car. Great job! More
