The dealership is huge, the inventory is great, and it did not take long to find the perfect car for me and my budget. Hank made sure of it. I just moved to NY from LA and needed a car. I was lucky to meet Hank; he was patient, kind, funny, and knowledgeable--not once did I feel pressured or defensive. On the contrary, Hank was on my team. He meticulously went over every feature and spec to find the right car for me. Once we finalized that it was time to talk numbers. This is usually when the fun stops. Not with Hank.
