ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz of RVC(purchasing 4 cars from them since 2009).Currently I have a C300 and S550coupe. After 9 months my I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz of RVC(purchasing 4 cars from them since 2009).Currently I have a C300 and S550coupe. After 9 months my lane assist features in my S550 stopped working. I brought in the car 2x times to have it fixed. The 3rd time I had it fixed for the same issue, I was asked if it was in an accident, WHICH IT WAS NOT, but they already knew this since they ran a CARFAX behind my back. At this point the car is still malfunctioning and needs to be"fixed" again a 4th time. I contacted their corporate office and was told there is nothing they could do but keep fixing it. They only care about selling you a car, not any sort of customer satisfaction. If you are having an issue, make sure to give them a bad review, that is all they care about. At this moment, I have a $140,000 car that is not being driven due to MERCEDES BENZ of ROCKVILLE CENTER inability help a loyal customer. They like to text you instead of speaking to you live on the phone, what a joke,stay away. No negotiation needed/Beat price upfront George was the first Mercedes salesman I worked with while shopping for my wife’s new Mercedes. He was very pleasant and helpful from the beginning. When it came to working out the numbers after the test drive he got straight to the point and offered me the best deal he could offer. I told him I was going to shop around at every Mercedes dealer in the north east (which I did!). He smiled and told me that was a great idea and to let him know what I discover. What I discovered was that George was not wasting any time: he gave me the best deal the first time I spoken to him. There was no negotiation necessary. I am a business man so I am not used to being handed the best deal possible up front. I have not worked with a better salesman that’s george and I have pirchased many many cars. More

Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center-“The worst like nightmare” Dear Mercedes-Benz, the whole situation with a deposit and customer service is very confusing, and still questionable in your official dealership Merc Dear Mercedes-Benz, the whole situation with a deposit and customer service is very confusing, and still questionable in your official dealership Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center. It is unbelievable that everything happening with the dealership of the Mercedes-Benz whose slogan is “The best or nothing.” It is also sad that sales representative and general manager not responding (NO call back after the voice messages, NO call back after the conversation on the phone, NO call back after Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Line, NO email response, etc.) and ignoring in a very disrespectful tone. The Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center showed great disrespect, lack of professionalism, and left very bitter feelings about Mercedes-Benz. When person coming to buy a car especially from such a high and luxurious brand like Mercedes-Benz, potential buyer (maybe future customer) expect punctuality, respectful treatment, and understanding all needs. When person is actually thinking about two cars (GLE Coupe and SLC Roadster) than everything should be done properly for 100% because it is not only potential buyer, it is a potential loyal customer. Surprisingly, the dealership Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center behave in manner that customer owe them something, that customer should be happy of such a great opportunity to be in such a gracious and royal dealership, and of course do not complain about anything. Hopefully, the dealership Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center will stop behave immaturely, disrespectfully, and return the deposit after so much headache, calls, emails, claim in the bank, and claim in the Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Line. Because this issue already continuing almost for 3 weeks, the claim in the bank and claim in the Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Line are the last things that could possibly solve this issue. Maybe the Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center not understand what Mercedes-Benz is!? Maybe the Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center do not know the great history of the Mercedes-Benz, or about Formula 1 Grand Prix Championship, or maybe Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center has their own slogan “The worst like nightmare”!? Hopefully, Mercedes-Benz will always stand and follow “The best or nothing” and continue to produce a good quality cars, and deposit will be finally returned. George Glier took the time to give me all of my options, he gave me suggestions and his advice.I ended up getting car that I lOVE and can afford. George even checked in while on vacation and on his day off to make sure the sale was finalized and the transition between both cars was done to my convinence. Terrible experience at the Service Facility/ BEWARE! I brought my Sprinter to MB of Rockville Center on February 12 for the rooftop A/C unit repairs. According to the estimate the repairs shoul BEWARE! I brought my Sprinter to MB of Rockville Center on February 12 for the rooftop A/C unit repairs. According to the estimate the repairs should take 3 days. In reality it took 57 — FIFTY SEVEN DAYS! I was leaving messages, sending e-mails. The service manager Jonathan did not return phone calls and replied to my e-mails a week later. Finally I got my van back – DIRTY inside and outside! Plastic vent of the A/C was put back USING CRAZY GLUE! Three out of five cabin lights don’t work! Some loose parts rumble in the roof, a screwdriver left under the hood! A day later I realize: one part (at least) in my van (unrelated to the area of repairs) was replaced with an old part of a different color!!! And now I am leaving messages again on the the voicemailboxes of Vinni Ruggieri and Antoinette. DO NOT TRUST THEM! More
