I purchased a E450 convertible and I am very pleased with the entire process. Hank even met me at the service center for the delivery of the car in order to make sure the vehicle was everything I wanted. I have had the vehicle for for six months and Hank checks in regularly to make sure all is OK. I have purchased many vehicles in my time. Most were "high end" vehicles. I have never had the follow-up care that I have received from Mercedes of RVC, and especially from Hank Woloz. Thank you all. More
