Gentleman Hank I met Hank in August 2017. I was tired of my Porsche and browsing some options. He knew I wasn't ready to buy anything, but he still spent well over a I met Hank in August 2017. I was tired of my Porsche and browsing some options. He knew I wasn't ready to buy anything, but he still spent well over an hour with me. NO PRESSURE. Hank made such an impression that I put his number in my phone. I think he was tickled pink when I called him the following February. He made me a great deal on a an SL lease and when he found out it was my birthday, he knocked another $50 off my monthly payments without me asking! Now my service rep is Anthony Angelo. I swear, it's like having a butler. Anthony makes me feel like I'm his only customer whenever I come in. Both Anthony and Hank always keep in touch with me throughout the year making sure that everything is good. WHAT A TEAM! More

Besides being genuinely nice (as opposed to many who pretend to be nice t Hank was the sales representative assigned to me when I walked in the door. Besides being genuinely nice (as opposed to many who pretend to be nice to earn your business), he worked hard to get me the best price around. Then he kept in touch with me while my car was on special order, continually keeping me updated. When I picked up my car he took me through the service area which was amazingly beautiful. Since picking up my car months ago, Hank has been in touch and has made sure that I have been satisfied and have had no problems with the car. The dealership has been very good and Hank has been a pleasure to work with. I will definitely go to this dealership and see Hank for my next car. More

Good day I e-mailed Hank after not talking to him for many year and he got right back to me right away on the status of the car I was looking for. We setup a t I e-mailed Hank after not talking to him for many year and he got right back to me right away on the status of the car I was looking for. We setup a test drive and after some quick negotiations I was the proud owner of my new G-Wagon. Hank. Was great! The service did not stop there. I always hate picking up a new car with all the after selling and paper work. This was quick and easy and they brought my old car in doors because it was raining and make it easy to transfer all my junk to the new car. Great job! More
