I knew I wanted a Mercedes but I did not know whether I to get a truck or a sedan. I went to Mercedes of Rockville Center hoping to receive some guidance in choosing a new vehicle. I was greeted by Debbie Schneider and knew I was in great hands. Debbie was extremely friendly, caring, professional and efficient. She guided me in selecting the perfect car, the GLA. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle every step of the way and made sure that I received it in time before I had to return my lease. When it was time to pick up my car Debbie met me at the dealership with her big welcoming smile and a hug. At Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center, the process of selecting and picking up your car is like no other. Reading my name on the television with the congratulating words and seeing my car covered with a big red bow truly made the experience all the more special. I could not be happier with my car and I will never choose a different car brand. Debbie contacted me the next day sending me well wishes for my new car.
