This is the second time I have gotten a vehicle from Lakeview Mercedes. The main reason I was drawn back to this dealership, was because of George Glier. I was at an unfortunate time in my life where I wanted to just give up my lease altogether, due to payments, but George took the time to discuss my options with me and helped me find another car suitable to my needs. I am so happy to still be in a Mercedes. George really took the time to listen to me and work with me. I suggest anyone I know who is looking into this category of cars to use him. My business partner who is currently driving a BMW, is already looking to lease his next car with George at Mercedes, because of how helpful I have said him to be. I am eternally grateful for all of the help I have received from George. I don't what kind of position I would be in if he didn't go above and beyond to help me. I don't know how to express what he has done for me. I look forward to the next vehicle George can help me get into after the lease is up on my new 2012 C300. George called me on a Friday and left me a voicemail telling me that I had 9 months left on my lease and he would be able to get me into a 2012 for less money a month with no money down. Skeptical I decided to surprise George the next day, Saturday morning and show up. I sat with George for about 2 hours talking about my specifications (I am picky)! At the end of that time period we had located the car I wanted and was told that I would receive a call on Monday letting me know if the car was available. To make a long story short, 1 week later, I had the car EXACTLY how I wanted it and George backed up every word on his voicemail with performance in the showroom! George not only was honest with me during each step of the process, but he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process! I have never worked with any other sales representative from Mercedes, but I know as long as George is an employee, I have no reason to. In my experiences of working with car salesman, I have never had such a pleasurable experience as when I came to Lakeview and worked with Craig German.
