I especially want to commend my sales associate, John Serafin. He was very helpful in assisting me with my choice of vehicle. I outlined what I was looking for and he very quickly zeroed in a the correct vehicle configuration and told me that it would be a factory order. I was impressed with the price offered to me for my vehicle choice, and when I indicated that I had a target price in mind, that was quickly met. The entire purchasing experience was pleasant and worry free, no hard sell! I was given a target delivery date at that time and to my surprise my vehicle was delivered on that date - quite impressive! John followed through during the wait time for delivery and responded to my e-mail inquiries in a timely fashion. He assisted me in getting all the paperwork I required for my private financing and when I accepted delivery he spent time with me explaining the various vehicle systems so that I was able to drive off the lot worry free!
