My salesman Norman Ducorsky is incredible. He cares not only about the customer, but has great pride and knowledge in the Mercedes Benz brand. He was so helpful in every aspect of my lease return and the new car lease. Norman even took me on a tour of the fabulous new service department of MB of Rockville Centre. It is quite impressive to say the least. I can't wait for my first service just to go to the service department! When I picked up the new car, Norman spent quite a bit of time showing me all the details of the vehicle, making sure I knew everything and felt comfortable with the car before I drove away. Once again, I had another wonderful experience at MB of Rockville Center. I give this dealership my highest recommendation. More

George Glier is probably the best person you can deal with when it comes to buying a car. My father had leased a C300 from him about 2 years ago and after I told him I was considering a new mercedes he i with when it comes to buying a car. I sent George an email letting him know I was coming in and looking to go home with a GLK 350 and he made it happen. George immediately showed me what he had in his current inventory and took me over to the brand new service center to show it to me. Upon our return to his desk he showed me what type of incentives and pricing he could offer which was far better than the consumer report's car buying service recommended purchasing price. We came to an agreement and he agreed to hold the car for me without any type of deposit. He handed me off to finance and I was within minutes they had me approved instantly. They even offered to give me the new GLK that day but I decided to pick it up tomorrow. Overall the experience was great mainly quick and painless. George is more of a friend than a salesmen. More

And I am a type of person always buy cash, never take loans and forget about leasing because I don't want to deal with dealer's financial department. Guess what Brandon made me do - Lease a C300 4MATIC Sport Sedan - which breaks all my rules of buying a car. Once I showed interests on MB's website, Brandon called me and make me feel like to visit the dealer and talk to him. I went with my 9 and 5 years old kids and they loved him because he not only greeted them, he spent time chat with them while I was out to find my registration for my trade-in car. Talk about "friendliness", he made me feel like I wants to be part of this "Mercedes-Benz Family". He is not only so knowledgeable about MB cars (he is like a walking dictionary of MB cars.) but also showed the passion on them that no other sales person can do a good job without it. After all these super qualities he showed me with his professional services, he surprised me with the BEST price I can get in long island. And even better, he gave me $1,500 trade-in for my 1999 Acura TL which Acura dealer (I bought my 2008 MDX from them) insisted to give me only $500. Finally, the financial guy Andrew is very thorough and professional. Without any trick(I was afraid of tricks from other dealers), I pickup my new C300 4MATIC Sport Sedan yesterday. My wife, 2 kids and I LOVE the car and most of all, we all fall in love with MB and are so proud to become the member of MB family!
