However, what is more important to us is the confidence the salesman engendered with his professional and personable approach in presenting the product. Equally important to us is the salesman's periodic but unobtusive followup of information and warmness in his contacts. These are the reasons why we will continue to return to Lakeview Mercedes and Mr. George Glier. More

I had a variety of questions regarding a extended warranty that I had purchased for my father, when I purchased a vehicle for him. Samantha was extremely patient regarding my questions and volunteere warranty that I had purchased for my father, when I purchased a vehicle for him. My father is 72 years old and does not have a great command of the English language -- so he is more comfortable bringing his vehicle to a local Mercedes dealership -- that dealership will not provide him with a loaner vehicle and to date has told him that any and all work that was done on the car was not covered under the warranty. This information may be correct -- but Samantha was willing to review the receipts from the other dealership to verify the information! She really went above and beyond my expectation of any customer service center -- especially an auto dealership! I had visited several Mercedes-Benz dealerships, prior to purchasing at Lakeview -- I had terrible experience at a particular dealership which could best be described as "arrogant". I was completely turned off to buying a Mercedes -- but my father wanted a Mercedes and by chance after visiting a client one day I drove past this particular dealership and pulled over in front of the dealership and made a call regarding the type of vehicle I was looking for, pricing etc. The salesperson made me a lot of promises over the phone -- I told him that was parked in front of the dealership and was all going to walk in with my checkbook and if any part of our conversation was going to be different -- that I wasn't going to buy the car. Needless to say he kept all of his promises and I purchased a vehicle that day. But the most amazing part of my current experience, is that my father refused to drive the 15 minutes to half-hour to go to the original dealership, Lakeview Mercedes.Though I've tried for years , Samantha spoke with my father and was able to convince him to go to their dealership to get the comprehensive service he deserved and also made an arrangement for a loaner vehicle...WOWWWWWW!!!!! Undeniably the best new car purchasing experience my wife and I ever had. George Glier is not only a knowledgeable, personable salesman, but he has a skill that is too often lacking in sales people, he liste and I ever had. George educated us so that we could make an informed decision. He spent significant time reviewing details about the car, answering our questions and we never felt a sales pitch coming. Quite refreshing. As for the deal terms, George clearly understands the value of having very satisfied customers. His price was outstanding and we did not have to get into the typical back and forth, let me check with the manager and all that other stuff that goes on in the typical car buying “experience”. John even met me at the dealership early one Sunday morning before the dealership opened to accommodate my busy schedule. I did my research on pricing and felt that John gave me a very good deal without having to haggle. John was very friendly and personable and I never felt any sales pressure from him. In 2009 we were referred to Lakeview Mercedes by our dear friend Leslie Hoheb who specifically told us to speak with George Glier. Prior to that though we have another dear friend Josephine Lupis, who needed a new car, so we introduced her to George Glier and she also is now driving a Mercedes thanks to George. On December 4, 2010, I had made my decision that I was definetly going to get a Mercedes so I made an appointment to see George. My wife and I went to the appointment met with George were treated like royalty and with honesty(best quality ever) and walked out of there with my dream truck, the ML350.
