I had a great experience leasing a car from MBRVC dealership recently. Everyone I came into contact with was very professional and courteous. Bob Lantz was my Salesman and provided a no pressure whatsoever attitude as well as working with Jeff Frankel to get me the best price possible. Bob even had extreme patience when I brought my 3 kids in with me to pick up my car. After he went over the car features with me on my way out (with kids screaming in the backseat) he waited until I left the lot to make sure I didn't have any further questions (which I did). Jeff Kerl went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to get into my new car on the financing end and spent a great deal of time working with me on some issues I was experiencing. I'm truly grateful he was able to make it all work out. When I called Michael Pecorella the day before picking up my car and asked to change the color I wanted, even though all the paperwork had been done and he could easily have said we just can't accommodate you, he said "no problem you should get the color you like best". Every step of the way was a pleasure and a very positive experience. This was my replacement car after my last car flooded in hurricane Sandy and it meant a lot to me that everyone seemed to care and sincerely want to help me. I personally work in sales and what I saw at your dealership is that you're doing something right by having this group of professionals on your team! More

I purchased a new SL550 at MBRVC because Alix Plaster (Internet sales) offered me a better deal than my local MB dealer was willing to do without the typical haggling over the price. I took my new SL550 home to find that my new car had a problem with a hydraulic leak. I called the dealer, notified them of this problem, and they replaced my car. I Am Satisfied. Love the car. Love the service. I would definitely purchase a car at MBRVC again. More

A couple weeks ago my fiancé and I decided to look again and stopped at th Mercedes-Benz dealership but my experience at the time wasn't a good one. A couple weeks ago my fiancé and I decided to look again and stopped at the Rockville Centre location. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for and Rashad Gambol was there to assist from the beginning to end. He was knowledgeable about the product and made the decision an easy one for us. He was great to work with and very patient. John Kerl was also there to assist with the transaction and spent the time to explain the different packages associated with the car. I also received follow-up phone calls and emails from Rashad after the deal was finalized. He took the time to give me a short tutorial the day I picked the car up as well as after because the car has so many options. Overall, I had a great experience here and will recommend this dealership to any family or friends in the market for a Benz!!! Oh and I love my new car too :)...no complaints here. More

From my first contact with Alix to the day I picked up my new vehicle, it was one of the best buyi but you wouldn't know it by the way I was treated. From my first contact with Alix to the day I picked up my new vehicle, it was one of the best buying expiriences of my life. Alix was friendly, accessable, and professional. She worked hard to get me into the vehicle of my choice at a price I could afford. While other dealers would simply say, "this is it take it or leave it," Alix kept going and we worked together to make it happen. live more than 50 miles from the dealership and I couldn't travel back and forth. Alix worked via internet, phone, and text message. Everything was done electronically and all I needed to do was show up to pick up the car; well worth the trip! At the end of the day I would have felt guilty NOT purchasing my car from her! I'd recommend Alix and MBRVC to anyone looking to purchase a MB.Sadly the MB dealer I purchased my last car from wasn't nearly as helpful as Alix. It just goes to show you the importance of good customer service. Thank you Alix! More
