While doing some research for a new car, I passed by thinking I could check out the CLA45. Steven was the salesman I was introduced to and even after letting him know I was a few months out from purchas thinking I could check out the CLA45. Steven was the salesman I was introduced to and even after letting him know I was a few months out from purchasing and that I was in the early stages of research, he spent a good amount of time going over the car and its features. Other brand salespersons would have scurried away looking at potential customers who had much quicker timetables. I gave him my info and he kept in touch over the next few months calling every few weeks. Other places never bothered or called to the point of annoyance (every week). After 3 months, my girlfriend and I came in to take another look at the CLA and while we couldn't take it on a test drive (no other benz dealer I contacted was allowing test drives either as these things were selling like hotcakes), he did offer us a test drive of the CLA250. He was very generous with him time, never pushy, and always pleasant. When we sat down to talk about the details of the vehicle, he gave us straight numbers on pricing (prices were comparable to truecar.com), availability and time frames on when new stock was coming in. After talking with multiple salespersons at multiple dealerships (Lexus, Audi, BMW, Infiniti), my girlfriend and I thought Stephen was the best of all the ones we spoke with. While we did not ultimately go with a Mercedes, we felt strongly we had to write a review on how exceptional our dealing with him was. I would recommend sitting down with Stephen if you are looking for a Merc. You will not be disappointed with his service. More
