I am also very excited and eager to hear of Anthony Angelo working at the service department of RVC. I had an ML350 many years ago and he used to service my vehicle. When he no longer worked there I switched to BMW X5. The service department there at BMW is very rude and unaccommodating, it took months to get an appointment for standard service. Now that I found out that Anthony is back I switched back to leasing with Mercedes just for the mere fact of dealing with him. Anthony is very accommodating, patient, professional and informative, he is by far the best service advisor I have ever meet with. I am very excited and cant wait to get my car serviced by him as for it is nothing but the best service experience in the world. Great Experience - Great Car I would like to begin by saying, since remodeling, aesthetically speaking, this is the nicest dealership I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Th I would like to begin by saying, since remodeling, aesthetically speaking, this is the nicest dealership I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. This is the 2nd car that I have purchased from George Glier and both have been great experiences. In an industry where sales people are becoming less and less customer focused, George has taken the opposite approach. He doesn't play around with numbers and is very transparent when negotiating the deal. There is not the usual haggling or "let me speak to my manager" conversations that are found in other dealerships. I was in a hurry on a Saturday morning. Conveying this to George (and unsure which Benz I wanted) we discussed 3 different lines, negotiated prices on all 3, narrowed it down to 1, test drove the car and I finally put down a deposit. All in under 2 hours! The day I came to pick up the car, George personally picked me up at another dealership after returning my previous car. I then worked quickly and painlessly through contracts and financials with Andrew Rifkin and was off in my brand new E class (which I love). At the end of the day, this dealership goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a new car...and make sure you ask for George! More
