Poor customer service Had an appointment with someone to buy a car when I arrived they were busy after waiting a very long time someone helped me briefly. This is the third time I have gone into this dealer to buy a car . I live near this dealer. I always end up at lexus or audi due to the fact that they have to few sales people here. I also saw a whole group of men just standing around chatting ignoring me. The girl at the front seemed like she had no clue what to due. I expect way better service from any dealer. If you want to be made to feel like crap come here. Who ever is funning this place needs to get this dealership up to par with other places. Horrible experience. I also have called here often and no one answers the phone it just puts you on hold for long amts of time. What a mess this place is. Beautiful cars though what a shame. More

Customer service I had a problem at the service center. George Glier was my sales associate when I purchased my car. Making a decent living As many of you may know, dealing with auto dealers is one of the most daunting things you can experience when purchasing a car. Making a decent living in modern day Greece is most likely easier. None of this is true for Alix Plaster at Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre. Alix was referred to me by a friend and I cannot begin to tell you how easy the experience was. We exchanged a few emails on a Friday afternoon and she quickly realized that I was an educated buyer and quoted me all prices and options in inventory pricing, clearly showing how much she was selling the car for and how much I would be paying for it. She quoted me a price, naturally I fired one back at her, she replied with "I'll do it even better" and came in at a couple of dollars BELOW what I had asked for. I picked the car up the following day and when we met, we spoke like we knew each other our entire lives. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great job Alix! More
