'04 E55 AMG - Warranty brake work. Professional & Courteous. Mercedes Benz issued extended warranty letter covering parts of SBC Hydraulic brake system. Luck would have it, my car exhibited 'BRAKE' related warn Mercedes Benz issued extended warranty letter covering parts of SBC Hydraulic brake system. Luck would have it, my car exhibited 'BRAKE' related warning shortly after. Took car in, was told I would pay diagnostic time if nothing was found warrantable, otherwise charge would be covered. Was given brand new C-300 service loaner (NICE car!) and was on my way. SBC pump replaced, entire brake system bled, no charge to me. **Felt I was treated as a loyal, paying customer. Would visit service again. More

Plamen gets it... he makes the experience what it ought to be, fun, exciting, special, etc. He even unexpectedly had a couple gift packages for my wife and I, as well as my two younger sons when he gave them a couple hats and their favorite board game (Monopoly... but it was the AMG Edition... very classy!)... Starting with my awesome sales guy Plamen Dimitrov, The kindest and helpful person that you can find around. He makes everything possible for us . We’ve been leasing cars from this dealership for the past 13 years. He definitely needs to be recognized as the best sales guy at the dealership. Thanks to him for making us feel special and welcome , Always asking us if we need anything ? Absolutely an amazing person. He is like the member of our family , and there’s no one closer than family , that’s how we feel about him . And then the service department , Steve the Srvice manager and amazing guy, always there to help with anything you need. Leanne the person that answers the phone calls for the dealership , always so helpful , she goes above and beyond to make sure you are being taken care of. We love her , she’s like a second mother to my kids . Mike, service advisor, excellent guy . Anytime I called the dealership and need something , it could be the same day phone call, he always says come on in and see what we can do , never turns me down . Thanks to him. My favorite technician Evan, he is so good at what he does . Loves to be challenged for anything . There is nothing that guy can’t do no matter what . He will figure things out , sometimes with cars you have to be creative , he is the guy that knows it all , thanks Evan. To all of the guys that work in service department , anytime I go in there for a quick wash or a full on wash they never disappoint, they vacuum your car dry it anything you need , excellent thanks guys. Another special guy Name Tim, he works on the front of the dealership moving cars, taking car inventory or whatever needs to be done, every time I drive into the dealership he’ll stop from doing what he’s doing and asks if I need anything , unbelievable guy, thanks Tim. This dealership is the reason I will never purchase an MB I had the worst experience at this dealership for service ever. I brought my car in for couple of issues to be looked at and after several thousand do I had the worst experience at this dealership for service ever. I brought my car in for couple of issues to be looked at and after several thousand dollars of repairs, and driving up to the dealer several times , they did not correct the problems and every time I came back they asked for more money. Also I had my car detailed while it was there, and I think my 7 year old can do a much better job, paid $200 and the car was in the same condition as when I brought it in. Service manager was as rude as person can be. More
