I had to deal with four low tire pressure occasions in the past 6 months. They turned out to be three flats and one rim leak. I would like to convey that I felt at ease at the Mercedes Benz Rochester dealership while waiting for my car to be serviced. Thanks go to my service adviser John Kennedy who was very professional, and also other personnel that I dealt with at the dealership John recommended getting an insurance for tires and rims after the first flat was fixed, which I did. This coverage provides peace of mind every time I hear loud shocking bottoming bangs caused by accidentally hitting huge pot holes. I had very satisfactory experience with the services. More

I was told, "what do you want to hear? Its a Mercedes, YOU have a Chevy." As if I'm too poor to afford a $40,000 car or something??? Not another word was said to me. I walked out immediately, and will be continuing my search at Mercedes Benz of West Bloomfield. More

When the car we were interested in became unavailable, the consultant attempted to find another that would meet our needs/wants. After much work on his part the desired car became available again, and he contacted us right away. We were able to make the deal. The consultant has been in communication with us many times, to make sure we received exactly what we needed/wanted. The staff member in the finance department made the final steps of the purchase/lease smooth. He was also very personable and professional, and most of all knowledgeable. The facility is spotless, all surfaces shiny! The lounge was well stocked and we were invited to make use of that area as we waited (which was very minimal). Thank you for a very positive experience.
