After a couple of days, My wife and I went to their location with a short notice. At first, we weren't able to find Kimiko Clark (Sales Consultant) who was going to help us. After a couple of minutes waiting, Doug (I hope I caught his name correctly) who I assume was a sales manager, informed us that Kimiko is a little bit busy with another customer and can meet us shortly. But he offered us to test drive one of the cars that we found on their website. He was very respectful and stated that based on his judgment he doesn't need to see our ID card, etc. to let us test drive the car alone. After the test drive, Kimiko came to us and helped to evaluate our options and found a proper car based on our needs and budget. He is by far the best car dealear that I saw in my life. Negotiating with him was very easy and smooth process, and he didn't cause any uncomfortable feeling. He provided honest suggestions and understood our needs very fast and provided suitable options He also negotiated with his manager and got a good discount for us. Although, unfortunately at the end, we didn't close a deal with him during that visit and purchased a car from another manufacturer, both my wife and I were very satisfied with this experience. We are sure that any time that we need to buy a Mercedes-Benz, we will go back to him. More

At first we were looking at the C for the second vehicle, but he knew we needed the E! I checked out other options but came back to MB Rochester because of the exceptional experience with Doug and with the service department. More

I have insurance that covers tires and rims, and so expected the problem to be taken care of with no issues. And indeed it was! Dan Peterson, whom I spoke to, greeted me and immediately took charge of the problem. He and the manager Steve came to explained it would need a day to fix the leaky rim in the waiting room. I took shuttle rides to go home and come back the next day, chauffeured by very friendly Charley and Vicki. More

I had to deal with four low tire pressure occasions in the past 6 months. They turned out to be three flats and one rim leak. I would like to convey that I felt at ease at the Mercedes Benz Rochester dealership while waiting for my car to be serviced. Thanks go to my service adviser John Kennedy who was very professional, and also other personnel that I dealt with at the dealership John recommended getting an insurance for tires and rims after the first flat was fixed, which I did. This coverage provides peace of mind every time I hear loud shocking bottoming bangs caused by accidentally hitting huge pot holes. I had very satisfactory experience with the services. More
