The Ed Napleton Automotive Group acquired Mercedes of Rochester on October 23, 2019. This is the group's fourth Minnesota-based dealership and its first Mercedes-Benz location. Professional Service I took my 2010 GLK350 in for 60K mile service. The service rep gave me full explanation of what would be done with expected costs. He called me when I took my 2010 GLK350 in for 60K mile service. The service rep gave me full explanation of what would be done with expected costs. He called me when work was complete. When I picked up the car, they had also washed, buffed, and vacuumed it! I would recommend the service dept and plan to use for all my service. FYI: Be prepared for the higher price of the Mercedes parts. More
