No one answered the phone I called the service department repeatedly 2 days in a row trying to get an appointment to have my car inspected and no one ever answered the phone. I called the service department repeatedly 2 days in a row trying to get an appointment to have my car inspected and no one ever answered the phone. Since we live relatively close by, we decided to drive to the dealership instead . Once there, we had no problem getting an appointment for the next day. Not the usual service I’m accustomed to from Mercedes. On the day of service, however, everything was great! More

Service on my Car I always get the best SERVICE here at this dealership! It starts when I pull my vehicle into the garage and from there Sherri has me in and out with m I always get the best SERVICE here at this dealership! It starts when I pull my vehicle into the garage and from there Sherri has me in and out with my Loaner car in no time flat,she was in constant touch with me by texts to what was going on with my car. I drive in to Richmond from Penna to have my car serviced by this dealership. I commend them on their Service and organization..........THEY ARE THE BEST from the person who greets at the door and the person who brings my car to me when I pick it up............... a GREAT TEAM! As much as I love the service department, it is extremely pricey. It would be nice to receive incentives so that work would not be done outside of the dealership. More
