Service Department won’t return calls. They take your car. They take your money, but in between you can’t get them to answer the phone or return your call. If I had any suggestions for future customers, it would be find a private mechanic or drive to Roseville Mercedes and save yourself the hassle. I won’t be making the same mistake again. More
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE ADVISOR TODAY. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT 9 DAYS AGO FOR TODAY BECAUSE THIS IS THE BEST DAY FOR ME TO GET SERVICE FOR MY CAR. MY APPOINTMENT LAST 9/30/23 WAS ALSO BOOKED I MADE AN APPOINTMENT 9 DAYS AGO FOR TODAY BECAUSE THIS IS THE BEST DAY FOR ME TO GET SERVICE FOR MY CAR. MY APPOINTMENT LAST 9/30/23 WAS ALSO BOOKED IN ADVANCE AND I DROPPED OFF MY CAR EARLY JUST TO FIND OUT ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE SHOP'S CLOSING TIME THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GET TO MY CAR. NOW, THE SERVICE ADVISOR TODAY SAID HE TRIPLE BOOKED AND HE IS NOT EVEN MY SERVICE ADVISOR BASICALLY TELLING ME THERE'S NO WAY HE WILL ACCOMMODATE ME TODAY. FIRST OFF, I'M A CUSTOMER AND I DID NOT JUST WALKED IN. I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE. WHY AM I UNIMPORTANT BECAUSE I HAVE A DIFFERENT SERVICE ADVISOR? I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED THIS EVER! IT WAS JUST BEYOND RIDICULOUS. ALSO, WHY "TRIPLE BOOK"? JUST WHY? DON'T THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS' TIME? IF IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SERVICE MY CAR ON MY APPOINTMENT DATE, A CALL OR TEXT WOULD'VE BEEN PROPER. ME AND MY HUSBAND DEDICATED THIS DAY TO GET MY CAR SERVICED WE HAD TO WAKE UP EARLY AND DRIVE BOTH OF OUR CARS TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT JUST TO BE TOLD BASICALLY " WELL NOW THAT YOU'RE HERE, THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU SO IT'S YOUR CHOICE TO RESCHEDULE OR LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE BUT FOR SURE WE WON'T BE ABLE TO GET YOUR SERVICE DONE TODAY BECAUSE I TRIPLE BOOKED MY OWN APPOINTMENTS". My car has been in several times for the same issue. This time I picked it up after two days of it being there and neither issue was fixed. My wipers still skip awful and the air conditioning has a bad smell to it. I love the car, the salesman who sold me the car was great, however, I have yet to have a positive experience with the service dept. My car is never ready same day, there is never a loaner available and this is now the second time the issues it went in for weren't fixed. They seem understaffed. Which is hard and I have tried to take that into account, however, I've had the car two years and every time has been a hurdle with service. More
