Service Department won’t return calls. They take your car. They take your money, but in between you can’t get them to answer the phone or return your call. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE ADVISOR TODAY. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT 9 DAYS AGO FOR TODAY BECAUSE THIS IS THE BEST DAY FOR ME TO GET SERVICE FOR MY CAR. MY APPOINTMENT LAST 9/30/23 WAS ALSO BOOKED I MADE AN APPOINTMENT 9 DAYS AGO FOR TODAY BECAUSE THIS IS THE BEST DAY FOR ME TO GET SERVICE FOR MY CAR. MY APPOINTMENT LAST 9/30/23 WAS ALSO BOOKED IN ADVANCE AND I DROPPED OFF MY CAR EARLY JUST TO FIND OUT ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE SHOP'S CLOSING TIME THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GET TO MY CAR. NOW, THE SERVICE ADVISOR TODAY SAID HE TRIPLE BOOKED AND HE IS NOT EVEN MY SERVICE ADVISOR BASICALLY TELLING ME THERE'S NO WAY HE WILL ACCOMMODATE ME TODAY. FIRST OFF, I'M A CUSTOMER AND I DID NOT JUST WALKED IN. I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE. WHY AM I UNIMPORTANT BECAUSE I HAVE A DIFFERENT SERVICE ADVISOR? I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED THIS EVER! IT WAS JUST BEYOND RIDICULOUS. ALSO, WHY "TRIPLE BOOK"? JUST WHY? DON'T THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS' TIME?
