It is comforting to have an auto service place where you know you vehicle is getting top service at a reasonable price. My 2013 ML350 went in for Service A recently and the service work was completed in un know you vehicle is getting top service at a reasonable price. 9 AM appointment for 2-3 hour rear hatch problem Did not hear , called at 2:30 X 3, new answering service did nor ring advisor, went to Quany's voice mail. Finally got call back when left message that I was going to come and pick up car! Car had not been repaired, told would be done next day. I understand workers problems, but not able to communicate is irresponsible! I have bought"5" mercedes from them since 2000 not sure will be a 6th. Dave Rowe is a great sales person, but his hands are tied in getting service done Really, Auto Nation needs to get act together. I have been buying Mercedes since 1972, maybe it is a time to change? Once there he did say work would take 3 days or more if they had to order additional parts, which they did have too. More
Service appears to have been performed satisfactorily.
