This service was for an emissions recall so there was no charge, hence the no answer on the price question. The vehicle was returned in the time frame promised and in spotless condition. I had my six months service last Friday I dropped my car at 7:15 am because my appointment is 7:40 am I asked the guy if my car is done before 3 pm because my husband is going to work before that , and he s at 7:15 am because my appointment is 7:40 am I asked the guy if my car is done before 3 pm because my husband is going to work before that , and he said Yes, then I called about 1:00 pm they said that is not done yet so told again that I need it before 3 pm then they said I call you back I will check your car he said so the guy called back and he said it’s gonna be done by 3:30 pm that’s what he said, and will give you a call he said but he didn’t give me a call back after that, so what I did I just go to Mercedez and pick up my car 5:20 pm because I was walking for a call back from the service department that they promise but I haven’t got any call to inform me that my car is done. What kind of service do they have? I’m expecting to get my car done before 1 pm because it’s just a check there’s no problem so I don’t know why? And making appointment too early is useless because their not doing your car by appointment time. In other dealer when I drop my car at Toyota the call after 2 hours my car is done. It should be like that . And Mercedez Benz is a luxury car so I was expecting that should have a good service than other dealership. So I got upset with the service. Thank you, Gloria and Paquito More
