I haven't yet experienced great service. I live at Lake Tahoe and called several times to get an appointment and finally had to stop in to the dealership to schedule because no one called m I live at Lake Tahoe and called several times to get an appointment and finally had to stop in to the dealership to schedule because no one called me back--after 3 calls. The total service time exceeded 5 hours, with a seasonal tire change. After being told the service was done and my car was being washed it was 40 minutes before I got the car back. My appt was at 8:20am and I did not leave before 1:30pm. I was told two of the techs had meetings that am and that caused delays. Wouldn't you limit appointments if two techs were not readily available? Moritz was great at recovering, but I believe he is leaving the company. More
