Every time I have needed assistance, the service staff are always accommodating and kind. The one complaint I do have, every time I call 📞 the dealership no one answers the phone. Service reps are friendly, but the phone system is not user friendly. Difficult to get ahold of service rep. And not providing loaner cars is a huge inconvenience. It is also disappointing that they don’t user friendly. Difficult to get ahold of service rep. And not providing loaner cars is a huge inconvenience. It is also disappointing that they don’t wash the car unless you ask and then it’s only the outside. The Mercedes dealership I dealt with for years in henderson, nv did all those things. I bought a Mercedes for the service. Now it seems no different than buying a Toyota. More

The service staff at Reno Mercedes has always been excellent. My car has been serviced there for the last 10 years. The recent support from Brandon (Muhlenburg) was outstanding. In addition to normal excellent. My car has been serviced there for the last 10 years. The recent support from Brandon (Muhlenburg) was outstanding. In addition to normal periodic A service, Brandon and his crew traced down and fixed a pesky A/C problem that will now return comfort to the cab this year. I have total trust in this dealership. Brandon is sharp technically and he is very personable and friendly and he clearly and timely communicates what's going down. My 24 year-old ML320 is in good hands at Reno Mercedes.--Chuck More
