Thank heavens for Kawanee. It would be zero stars if not for him. My initial service advisor ignored and dismissed me as either a dolt or a fully grown man who didn’t understan It would be zero stars if not for him. My initial service advisor ignored and dismissed me as either a dolt or a fully grown man who didn’t understand how simple things function and for THREE WEEKS my car sat ignored. Just sat there while this advisor repeatedly dismissed my concern as me being foolish. If Brandon had just actually listened to me once from the start and cared one bit, things could have been so much better. I finally called the manager and once he looked into it and noticed how long my car had been there things started happening. Turns out I’m not a dolt. Repairs were attempted, then replacement parts were ordered and installed. Voila. It took over a month but the issue has been resolved and I pray to god the car stays happy and healthy. I’m going to drive it on the rare-to-occasional side to keep anything from going sideways and to hopefully keep it from needing service of any kind. More
When we scheduled our service for two vehicles, the scheduler told us that no loaner vehicles were available so we had to schedule the services on separate days. We called our service advisor Brandon the day before our first service and he was able to arrange a loaner vehicle and service for both vehicles at the same time. Since the dealership is 30 miles away this worked to our best advantage. We have worked with Brandon for several years and he knows our vehicles well so we trust his judgement. Highly recommend the dealership and service department. More
