My appointment was at 740 for an oil change. I left at 1230, come on,5 hours for an oil change,they attribute the lateness to not having the oil filter on hand and having to wait for it to be del I left at 1230, come on,5 hours for an oil change,they attribute the lateness to not having the oil filter on hand and having to wait for it to be delivered. They did seem to worry that I had been waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours before they CALLED me to inform me they were waiting on a oil filter before they start my job. Unbelievable More
