I have been driving Mercedes for 20 years and have owned ten since. I am giving it a two-star review because the purchase process was smooth, but they sold a car with many issues. The car was delivered to me, so I never saw and test-drove the car. I felt comfortable purchasing it because it was from a Mercedes dealership, and I had never had a bad experience until this purchase. The battery was gone, there was an oil leak, and the front tires had rips and were unsafe to drive. The dealership's service department didn't do a thorough inspection. When the car was delivered, it sat in the garage for over a month until I could make an appointment at the local dealership for another inspection. I could not drive the car for another month as it needed parts and approval authorization. I asked them to extend my 90 days warranty as I could not drive the car, but they didn't approve the request. Unfortunately, I don't trust the Mercedes branding and have learned an expensive experience. More

I have never been so disappointed in a Dealership as I was last week. My car was left out in the snow for a week. Numerous calls went unanswered. They didn’t seem to know where my car was. One of the ladies that answered the phone was extremely rude. Calls and messages were not returned. When I went to the dealership after a week, they finished the job while I waited. The car was delivered covered in snow. I had to clear 5” of snow off the hood with my bare hands. The inside of my door had water dripping down into some buttons. My car has been garaged since I bought it and was never left out in the weather. This is not what I expected when I bought my Mercedes. More
