This dealership is horrible. My Mercedes has been there to get worked on it’s been 2 months goin on 3 an they haven’t even looked at. Service was good. But I was told when i made the reservation at the call center that they couldn't guaranty a loaner car. The call center should have advised me of that. I waited over 4 hours for my car to be service. More
