George Brown, sales, and Ed Sigmon, general manager, provided me excellent service at Mercedes Benz of Raleigh. They both went above and beyond with their customer service. I presented them with several provided me excellent service at Mercedes Benz of Raleigh. They both went above and beyond with their customer service. I presented them with several obstacles regarding my trade in and they solved all of the problems I was having and was able to get me into the GLS 450 while giving me a great trade in value for my prior car. It has been a bucket list item of mine to drive a Mercedes and I love my SUV. I have already recommended them to several people and cannot sing their praises enough. My husband and I just purchased a car from George Brown. We found him to be friendly and very pleasant to work with.
