I had limited knowledge about car or mechanics but Mr. Guzman showed me the characteristics and performance of the car in great details. He has the superb ability to explain a complicated issue in a way that is simple and easy to understand. He also took great efforts to help me locate and configure a car that fits most closely with my interest and request for the car. After I purchased the car, Mr. Guzman helped me set up the Mercedes me App on my phone, taught me how to use the various functions of the car, and made timely follow-up with my adaptation to driving in the new car. All in all, Mr. Silvio Guzman showed me a first-class dealership and it has been a very pleasant experience for me to purchase my new car from him. The salesperson that took care of me from beginning to end was Silvio! I had an idea of what car I wanted ahead of time, but after getting more information, I was pointed to a better option to fit my needs. It was already late in the day, but Silvio was very patient with me and took the time to provide me with all the knowledge on the vehicle that I was interested in. I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. I was also lucky enough to work with John when it came to the financing process and negotiating with the bank. I have been to a lot of different dealerships and have never had an experience as smooth and as comfortable as this one.
