The salesperson that took care of me from beginning to end was Silvio! I had an idea of what car I wanted ahead of time, but after getting more information, I was pointed to a better option to fit my needs. It was already late in the day, but Silvio was very patient with me and took the time to provide me with all the knowledge on the vehicle that I was interested in. I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. I was also lucky enough to work with John when it came to the financing process and negotiating with the bank. I have been to a lot of different dealerships and have never had an experience as smooth and as comfortable as this one.
