Outstanding customer service! I was in the market for a new car, after going to several other dealers, I went back to Mercedes of Raleigh and purchased my third Benz. While the ve I was in the market for a new car, after going to several other dealers, I went back to Mercedes of Raleigh and purchased my third Benz. While the vehicle has an amazing ride, and incredible technology, it was all about my purchasing experience. Initially, I sent John Hesch an email, he responded quickly and off we went. The sales experience was very professional, and his goal was to find me the right car, not any car they had to move. I had purchased my second Benz from him, which was why I went back for the third. Delivery was great, car was fully explained, post sales he also took the initiative to help get my insurance and XM radio switched over. If you're looking for a new car, I'd highly recommend MB of Raleigh and John Hesch if you want to have an outstanding experience and great customer service. More

We went in looking for information and pricing only and was prepared to have to listen to sales pitches but after being introducted to George L Brown III. (Salesperson) my normal instinct to be on the defensive was completely shattered! His demeanor immediately put my husband and I at ease and the rest is history! He listened to our inquiries, asked some questions and our comfort zone was established allowing us to purchase the vehicle we wanted. He treats you with care, compassion and with a sense of humor thrown in. We went away feeling like we had control over what we wanted because it was not pushed on us by a salesperson but was a business transaction that was mutually satisfactory for both parties. We would highly recommend George and this dealership when you look for your next car. Great Experience - Recommend Mark Funderburk I recently visited Leith Mercedes Raleigh where I met with a young gentleman named Mark Funderburk. He spent several hours with me driving and explain I recently visited Leith Mercedes Raleigh where I met with a young gentleman named Mark Funderburk. He spent several hours with me driving and explaining all the features on a used Porsche. Unfortunately, the vehicle was slightly older than I wanted. I ended up purchasing a newer model from Leith's Porsche store. However, without his knowledge and the time he spent with me I would have never moved forward with the purchase. First Mercedes GLC300 purchase experience This was my first experience with a Mercedes-Benz purchase. My wife was in the market for a new mid-size SUV. After a very disappointing experience at This was my first experience with a Mercedes-Benz purchase. My wife was in the market for a new mid-size SUV. After a very disappointing experience at Johnson Lexus, we were left looking at ALL the other options. So we looked/reviewed/drove everything that we could that was in the RX350 size. We finally landed at MB dealer of Raleigh. Silvio Guzman met us outside and we proceeded to look at everything and test drive the GLC300. After finally deciding that the GLC300 was the right vehicle, then the hard part came. The RIGHT GLC300. It took several days and several tries, but Silvio and the MB team of Raleigh came through locating the right one that fit our needs. In the end, a great buying experience with Mercedes after a bad experience with Lexus. We look forward to the continued Great Customer Service Experience as we need service and future vehicles. I had limited knowledge about car or mechanics but Mr. Guzman showed me the characteristics and performance of the car in great details. He has the superb ability to explain a complicated issue in a way that is simple and easy to understand. He also took great efforts to help me locate and configure a car that fits most closely with my interest and request for the car. After I purchased the car, Mr. Guzman helped me set up the Mercedes me App on my phone, taught me how to use the various functions of the car, and made timely follow-up with my adaptation to driving in the new car. All in all, Mr. Silvio Guzman showed me a first-class dealership and it has been a very pleasant experience for me to purchase my new car from him. If I shall buy another Mercedes-Benz car in the future, I’ll definitely come back to look for Mr. Guzman again at Leith Mercedes-Benz in Raleigh NC. More
