In the past we had been using Ray Catana. A few years ago we purchased a C300 for my 17yr old daughter, we were shopping around and we started with the dealer we were familiar with in Edison. We were not happy with our experience there and decided to try the Princeton dealership, it was closer to home and we were hoping for a more personnel experience. We were introduced to Arno Orsini, he turned out to be not only a man of great knowledge in his field ,but a man of compassion and caring. You see the reason we were shopping for the car is because my daughter had a terrible accident , she was not injured but the experience left her uneasy and afraid to drive, in fact she didn't want a new car at all. But after a few moments with Arno my daughter was relaxed, she was able to pick out a car and felt confident again, his kind words to her were encouraging and fatherly. It was just the type of customer service we needed. This was 5yrs ago. Today was our fourth purchase with Arno, and I am sure there will be many more. I have a new driver this year and one in two more years.. There is no doubt that we will decide to seek Arno's advise on our next purchase. I realize in this very competitive field that a salesman could loose sight of what is important, the customer, not just the bottom line, and that is why I felt compelled to write this review. I felt Arno should be recognized for his great efforts, he brings the human element to car purchasing experience.
