I recently leased my first MB at the MB of Princeton. A colleague had suggested Mr Lai to me and I'm so glad he did. Mr Lai is patient, thorough, warm, friendly and made the entire process very easy and st colleague had suggested Mr Lai to me and I'm so glad he did. Mr Lai is patient, thorough, warm, friendly and made the entire process very easy and stress free. He even offer to pick me up from the train station when I went for the delivery. Mr. Lai was extremely friendly, very attentive and even picked me up from the train station when I was without a car. The otherwise painful experience of purchasing a new car was so simple and effortless. I recently purchased ML350 form this dealership. I had several competing offers form others but this dealership was able to provide a great offer. Sales consultant Tom Trovas was extremely accommodating of my requests and demands. He listened and worked hard to get me what I wanted. He was very organized and had all the facts aligned for me and yet was charming when it came to negotiation. It was a pleasure to work with him and I rate him the best out there. I have been with this dealership for over 8 years now (since 2007) and love every year of my association with them. I recommend both the dealership and Tom Trovas for anyone who is in the market for a MB. More
