I was there to see what was available in a used 2010 -2011 MB 300. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tom Knoblock Jr. who explained the vehicles and the differences to me. I mentioned that it was a dream of mine to have a Mercedes but I had a 2008 Toyota Highlander that I needed to trade and the payoff was probably more than it was worth. Tom said he would call around to get the best price for the trade, but it could take a little while. Within a day, not only did Tom get me a fantastic price for my Highlander but was able to get me into a 2012 MB 300 4Matic, loaded. On delivery day my wife and granddaughter went to pick up the car. The delivery process was unbelievable, the car was in the drive thru all clean and waxed just waiting to go home. Tom, very patiently showed and explain everything to me and went over the entire process again with my wife. We were really truly impressed with his knowledge. I live 50 some miles from Mercedes Benz Princeton but I was so impressed with Tom and the dealership that I will do my service work there also. I highly recommend Tom Knoblock Jr - he's not a salesperson he's a true a consultant. More

Believe it or not, he showed her a vehicle that had everything she wanted on it and within her price range. He also told her to take time to think about what she wanted to do and come back and purchase if she decided to do so. He also gave her some options to finance the vehicle, but she chose financing with her Credit Union. Arno Orsini is a True Professional Sales person; he is a Sales Person I thought I would never encounter. I started researching vehicles in January as my current 10 year old car was costing me too much to run and repair. I really liked the Mercedes Benz GLK 2013 model but it were out of my price range...or so I thought!. After going to Mercedes sites I started getting contacted by all the area dealers. I was told that the bottom line for what I wanted was more than I planned on spending. That's when I was contacted by Alex. I explained the car I was interested in and what I could spend along with my trade. Alex asked me to come in and promised that he would not waste his time or mine. Driving to the dealer on my lunch hour I fully expected that we would not come to an agreement. I met Alex and explained my bottom line. I sat watching him work numbers and to my total shock, he met my price! This was the absolute most amazing experience I ever had buying a car. I didn't buy a car, I bought the car of my dreams! I'm still in shock every time I look at that beautiful vehicle. Everyone compliments me on my car and acts like I spent a fortune. I tell them go to Princeton ask for Alex, you'll be surprised what you can afford. Before I drove off Alex went through and explained all the features and the paperwork. I don't know if all Mercedes dealerships operate this way as I've only dealt with lower end cars but I tell everyone I can to "go see Alex". More
