Especially, I would like to highlight Patrick Piasecki, who worked with us from the start, throughout the day and until we left dealership with a car. He provided us with in-depth information about the product, types of models and packages, pricing and options, arranged a test drive and answered every single question we had. c300 4matic sport I recently purchased a Mercedes c300 4matic sport from Patrick Piasecki. I originally was there to look at the cla 250 but after Patrick introduced me I recently purchased a Mercedes c300 4matic sport from Patrick Piasecki. I originally was there to look at the cla 250 but after Patrick introduced me to the c300 I was sold instantly. My rating for customer service was basically because not a single person approached my wife and I for about 20 min on a Monday afternoon. I have tattoo sleeves and was wearing my workout shorts and cutoff shirt that day, so I'm pretty sure they didn't expect me to have money or buy a car. Once Patrick approached us and I spoke my mind we then had a better experience at the dealership. Patrick was pretty down to earth guy I thought after talking with him, which made me stay and buy from him. So good save on his part. As we all know the price could always be better but I think it was a fair price and I'm happy and absolutely love the car. I will buy from him in the future. Thanks Patrick More
