Purchase New Vehicle This is my third GLK from this dealership. I have used their service section as well. They are courteous and professional at all times. The are respectful of your time and conduct their business expeditiously. I have dealt with the same employee all times to buy my vehicles. His name is Paul Lai. This time, Paul went above and beyond my expectations. My car was damaged by a deer as it neared the end of the lease. Paul got me out of the lease and into an upgraded GLK that gave me all the features that I needed for a sum less than the previous car. As if that were not enough, he drove me to a rental car agency on the day of the accident and kept in touch with the body shop for me. Today, I dropped off the rental to this dealership and gave the keys to Paul who will oversee the return. I will say this - as much as I expect a great car at a great price from Mercedes Benz, it is these acts of kindness that make Paul Lai not just a good salesperson, but an exceptional one. For busy people with no time to spare, this level of personal attention is what brings a customer back again and again. I would highly recommend Paul and MB of Princeton. More

poor servive, and not knolageable service writers I just had my wifes 3013 c300 at this stealership, I had bought the wheel and tire insurance package hit a pothole and poped 2 tires. towed it in for I just had my wifes 3013 c300 at this stealership, I had bought the wheel and tire insurance package hit a pothole and poped 2 tires. towed it in for service and got a phone call from linda said it would be taken care of, get a second phone call and and said the tire is too low on tread depth (I know this isn't true the tire has less than 10k miles, I own a repair shop so I have a tread depth gauge, and pa inspection license) so I tell linda im on my way over. I get to the dealership and no linda, they make me wait 15min and out comes victor rivera, we go out to the shop and measure the tire wow 4/32nd left eaven across the tread and they tell me no its the sholder of the tire. So I tell them its not 3/32nds new on the side, then I ask them how would the tire wear like that if there is nothing wrong? we went back and forth for a while and I got so mad I had to leave, I will never ever go back to this dealership. I was impressed with the fact that he knew well about Mercedes cars and explained the features well. I made the decision in just two days to go with them as I knew their price was great. Not being a local, I was a bit apprehensive about how all the transactions would be done but Dale made it seem like a cake walk.
