I met Alex and from that initial handshake, the process was absolutely wonderful. It was a pleasure. He listened to what I wanted both in terms of a car and price-range and put together a great deal. I have nothing but the best to say about my experience over 6 years ago purchasing my Mercedes Benz. I chose that day to drive to Princeton Mercedes Benz, simply to just fulfill the desire to start life anew. I had always wanted to own a Mercedes Benz but knew that my salary nor credit would afford me that opportunity. Well... that day I walked in the showroom, totally bald and confident and was greeted by Arno. He took the time to hear my story and he said the best thing would be if I could get financed with The Mercedes Benz Financial, it would be great. I tell the story today, that I had $2.00 in my pocketbook, not even enough to buy the other half of the hoagie for lunch and here I am at the Princeton Mercedes Dealer looking to buy a Mercedes.... I can still recall Arno saying, "Well, we have some work to do, I can't promise you anything but I will do all that I can to help you". The rest is history.... I am still driving my Mercedes Benz 6 years later , and as a published author speaking on breast cancer, I have shared this story in my book.
