Professional, Knowledgeable, Red Carpet Treatment I bought my brand new 2017 MB E43 AMG from Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth. Jim Lowell is a professional, knowledgeable guy. Very attentive. Excellent I bought my brand new 2017 MB E43 AMG from Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth. Jim Lowell is a professional, knowledgeable guy. Very attentive. Excellent communicator - from e-mail to text to phone calls. He assisted me from the inception of trying out the different models through test drive around Greenland, & the custom order process. Jim sent me a link so that I could track my car coming from Germany. Jim sent the credit application over e-mail and processed it seamlessly. He sent me a text with a pic of my car once it arrived at the dealership. On the day we came into to sign the paperwork for the car, there was a big red bow on the car, out front. We opted for the Armor All treatment on the vehicle, and he was particular to ensure it was coated without any discrepancies. Jim walked us through the Mercedes Me app and registering the vehicle. When introducing us to the finance manager for the review of options, and waited outside patiently to segway into the final details of the transfer of possession....in other words, the sale was done, and you could tell that this was not a transactional sale to Jim - that it is about a long-term relationship. Thank you to everyone at MB-Portsmouth and especially to Jim Lowell. Outstanding Service and Commitment to the customer. Recommended A+++. More
