Repairs and inspection to E 550 My experience concerning the repairs was excellent, however when it came time to pay for it I gave a check from my Irrev. Trust account (has my name o My experience concerning the repairs was excellent, however when it came time to pay for it I gave a check from my Irrev. Trust account (has my name on it) which was declined by your check approval service,, UTA United Tranzactions. I paid with a CR card which was no big deal but was very surprised that the check was declined. It was written on a UBS account which has plenty of money in it! I called UTA when I got home and was told it was declined, no kidding, and that I would have to write an exec there to discuss the reasons. I'm not going to do that because I don't care what their reasons are. I thought you might want to know that this part of the experience was unacceptable and you might want to look in to this company. They tarnished my experience with you. Gary Colby More

Prompt help with a damaged tire. However, Rich made every effort to get the tire delivered the next day and replace the punctured one. The tire was covered through an after-market insurance. Although the dealer did not sell that insurance, they took the necessary steps to get reimbursed by the insurance company. More
