The service center has gotten worse over the last few years. Takes longer to get car in for service. Takes longer for service to be complete. This most recent service I had my steering wheel looked at for squeaking noise and I decided not to get it fixed due to cost but after it was put back together, there is now a much worse creaking sound when turning the wheel. Andy was a terrible service manager who was not clear about timing, not transparent about anything, communication was terrible, he never followed up on items that he was supposed to. I transitioned to a new service manager and it went much better but I will likely start taking my vehicle to the Beaverton service department moving forward. More
