Good afternoon, after review of your concern, we see that you scheduled an appointment for Service "B". During arrival, your service advisor informed you of the pricing for the service. You mentioned to the advisor that you had a package that covers maintenance. The package that was given to you at no charge when purchasing the vehicle had expired. It expired on 8/4/21. The vehicle was also two years past due for service. Your last service being on 11/17/20. The dealership is not able to honor an expired contract. This information was provided to you by management over the phone. For the ownership and maintenance responsibilities, please refer to your owners manual.

Hello, that’s is what I was told. But at no time was I informed that this service came with an expiration date. I do not put alt of miles on my car . The miles on my odometer were not at the required miles due for this service. I made the appointment when my computer on mt car told me I was due for a B service. I see that you do not honor your contracts. Your company bends the rules to suit you and not the the customer. I would think that you would want to have a good relationship with your customers. I guess I am wrong. It’s all black and white to you and that’s it. Your right the customer is wrong. I would of been surprised if I had gotten a positive response from you. I will not be doing any other business with you. And you can bet I will tell others about the bad customer service I did not receive . Sorry in thinking that honoring one service that I was promised would of really hurt your business. What ever happened to good will and honestly when buying a car! I guess I learned an expensive lesson. I will not be back to your dealership!.
