Poor communication with customer. Tried to find out what was happening with my car. Left a message with my service advisor four times over four days before getting a return call! The service dept is apparently understaffed and often not available or able to answer messages left for them. Example: I scheduled a service for early July but was not able to connect with road side assistan available or able to answer messages left for them. Example: I scheduled a service for early July but was not able to connect with road side assistance for a dead battery. It took several weeks to reschedule and get to road side assistance to jump start the car. $4,600 later I added a trickle charger but have not been able to confirm it’s working. Left a message to discuss it with service one week ago. I called and left a second message this morning. I’ve been thinking about a new car but am quite concerned about the Service aspect. We’ve had a Mercedes in the family since ‘98 but am now adding other cars to my search. More
