First thing after I did received my car was I pulled the oil dipstick and Oil was over a quart low Makes me wonder if they changed it at all.. Plus passenger side of car was dirty like it was driven thro oil dipstick and Oil was over a quart low Makes me wonder if they changed it at all.. Plus passenger side of car was dirty like it was driven through a puddle. The whole side.... It was washed and waxed when I brought it in. Customer service was great but I will not ever return due to poor poor maintenance quality... Definitely shouldn't have bought the lifetime oil changes. More

They scheduled a service for a car I don’t drive. They failed to solve the issue in advance even when I called and made them aware. I never got a call back as they promised. I had to reschedule and a They failed to solve the issue in advance even when I called and made them aware. I never got a call back as they promised. I had to reschedule and again wait weeks for the next appointment. No effort to solve the issue or to provide just a tiny bit of convenience to the customer. Pick up of my car at my place for the next service attempt was just approved on my request and not offered by them. Overall a really bad experience. Again! The best or nothing? Well, that was nothing at all! More
