Trying to get a person to answer the phone is next to impossible. When I’ve left a message i didn’t a timely call back. Just had a oil change. Came down from Camas, sat for 4 hours to diagnose the problem. No work done. Brought the car back, was given a dirty GLC loaner with 1/4 tank of gas. Brought it back with 1/4 tank of gas…I put 3 gallons problem. No work done. Brought the car back, was given a dirty GLC loaner with 1/4 tank of gas. Brought it back with 1/4 tank of gas…I put 3 gallons in. Was charged $6 by your dealership. My service was over $10,000 on my S63 AMG. $6 in gas…lol. Will take all our cars to Wilsonville (our S63AMG, E63AMG, G500, SL550 and GLC 300). All that for $6…..even though I brought it back with the same level of gas. I thought about washing the loaner too…glad I didn’t. More
