When scheduling my service, I requested a ride to work not more than 2mi from the dealership. I was informed I would have to call myself and schedule. At the time I schedule my appt, my vehicle had just o not more than 2mi from the dealership. I was informed I would have to call myself and schedule. At the time I schedule my appt, my vehicle had just over 3k miles. When I finally when in for my appt, the service rep was cold and unempathetic. I was informed There was a piece of tape lodged in the vents and it would be $225 to remove it. I asked for the piece of tape and was shown but wasn’t allowed to touch it. Service rep All of a sudden showed empathy with a warm tone in his voice when he told me he talked with management, and how he just couldn’t see how we can charge me… the. Tone changed when he knew a survey could be sent to me. Between my spouse and I over the past 12yrs, we’ve purchased and/or leased 7 vehicles… this was the most absolute worst service we have ever received hands down. This is Mercedes. Acted surprised that I came for my appointment and even though I have indicated earlier that I'll need a loaner car, they insisted on making it sound like a favor. You also cannot sell your lease and are forced to buy it first, appointments are a month ahead and the whole feel is 82nd now adays. No incentive whatsoever other than taking your money. More
I bought a certified car in September and was told they would order my second key since they were unable to find it. I called at the end of September and was told that the key was in. I was scheduled an ap would order my second key since they were unable to find it. I called at the end of September and was told that the key was in. I was scheduled an appointment for October 17. About an hour into the appointment I was told the key had not came in and that it was in back order. I waited a whole hour before someone noticed that! Really -( I was also given a number to call and text, when I text the number no one has ever responded. I haven’t received good service. I hope someone will reach out to me once the key finally comes in. Outside of that the sales department treated me very well. More
They are very professional and they listen to my concerns. They helped fix another problem that showed up while being there for an oil change.
