We came primarily for getting a notification on the dashboard we also got an oil change. It took all day and the primary problem was not resolved. But had a bill to pay for over $600. Never had an is dashboard we also got an oil change. It took all day and the primary problem was not resolved. But had a bill to pay for over $600. Never had an issue like that with MB in 50 years of ownership. The trade in/ sale value for this car is only $6000 So no a happy customer. Sorry for us and MB! Helgi Heidar More
Clean, seems well run, and mostly efficient. The service manager was nice to work with. Making an appointment took a little time through the automated system. I prefer speaking with someone. It is extremely disappointing that this dealership won'twash a car with a matte finish. A past bad experience penalizes all that do have a matte finish car. For the money we pay for service and the car cost overall, you should be able to figure out a solution. Hearing about some issue with a past customer's car isn't my problem. At least vacuum the inside as well. More
This dealership honors the Lithia lifetime oil changes which I'm grateful for. However, they do not provide a next oil change cling, nor do they tell you the next oil change date/mileage and this last oil which I'm grateful for. However, they do not provide a next oil change cling, nor do they tell you the next oil change date/mileage and this last oil change they did not reset the "change you oil" indicator. Also, apparently none of the techs noticed the rod knock and warned me. My car broke down 3 days later. More
I always choose MB of Portland. I recently had a service plus detail and both were fabulous. The car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. The time my service was to take was grossly misjudged. Bella told me that it would take a few hours. I brought my car in at 11:00 AM. I called you at 4:00 PM because I hadn’t heard from you. When I got ba Bella told me that it would take a few hours. I brought my car in at 11:00 AM. I called you at 4:00 PM because I hadn’t heard from you. When I got back, I was told you needed my car until NOON the NEXT DAY! Bella said a couple services took longer than she expected, one being the check for the sunroof recall took longer than she expected. I don’t recall the other. I had a major annual service before which my ML was working perfectly. A few days later my ML stopped responding to the accelerator. They discovered that the technician had neglected to install a neces working perfectly. A few days later my ML stopped responding to the accelerator. They discovered that the technician had neglected to install a necessary gasket. A few days later the same symptoms reoccurred. This time they said I needed a new part for $1400. I am not a believer in this kind of coincidence. Then they neglected to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. I had to call them several days later to find out. More
