No Nonsense Professional Service I took my C300 in for a speaker replacement. Service department gave me realistic time frame. They also did firmware updates for recall notices. Mercedes Customer Service is TOP NOTCH I was presented with a service plan upon arrival which outlined in detail the services to be provided along with the cost. I was able to select which services I wanted after Jake explained each recommendation. Upon completion, I was sent a text asking what time I wanted to pick up my car and when I arrived my washed car was waiting for me. Jake is an amazing customer service representative who seems to generally care about my car and me. More

I looked for anyone that could work on this little car and, no one even wanted to try the repairs that were needed. I called and scheduled a service visit with Portland Mercedes-Benz. I knew they would do a good job, it was the cost of having them do it that made me look for someone else. I do not begrudge them a profit at all, I just can't pay those prices all the time. They did do a fantastic job and the price was not as bad as I thought it would be. Not cheap, but I got what I paid for. I understand why people pay good money for that kind of service. Every chance I can, I will be back. Ronnie Marques was by far the most attentive service advisor I have ever worked with. He communicated everything to me and was very patient. The dealership is super nice. Just all the way around a great experience. More
