The one issue was not able to be resolved and our account handler made two follow-up calls to us. This had never happened over the ten plus years of taking our car to the dealership service center near us on the west side of the city. Not only did our service account person do a follow-up call, he also did research on his own to help us resolve the problem. It was very much appreciated. More

No Nonsense Professional Service I took my C300 in for a speaker replacement. Service department gave me realistic time frame. They also did firmware updates for recall notices. Mercedes Customer Service is TOP NOTCH I was presented with a service plan upon arrival which outlined in detail the services to be provided along with the cost.
