Great customer service. Major work done so a loaner, a nice 300 SUV, was provided for the two days the car was in for servicing. They replaced a rear wiper blade and fixed a broken panel on the passenger seat that covers the controls for seat adjustment and still came in under estimate! Very highly recommended for major work and very reasonable for routine oil changes which we always have done there ever since we got our ML 500 over ten years ago which with their assistance continues to run like a Timex watch at over 200,000 miles: it takes a licking and keeps on ticking!
